Profile of Faculty:

With over 20 years of experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) at Aramco, specializing in occupational safety, regulatory compliance, and logistics coordination. Advanced through roles to HSSE Advisor. His expertise in developing and implementing HSSE policies has ensured adherence to both local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading safety audits, and delivering training programs to enhance awareness of safety protocols among employees. Ali has successfully reduced workplace incidents through proactive measures and continuous improvement strategies.

Ali is certified instructor for TapRooT Root Cause Analysis at Aramco since 2018, Ali delivered over 100 incident investigations & Root Cause Analysis Workshops for Aramco and its JV's employees. furthermore, Ali lead Root cause analysis for incidents within the organization.

Significant achievements include spearheading an innovative environmental management system that minimized waste and improved recycling initiatives.

Holding a degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, along with relevant certifications, Ali is committed to fostering a safety-first culture. Their philosophy emphasizes that effective HSSE management not only protects employees but also enhances the organization’s sustainability and reputation, ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Workshop Description:

This workshop equips participants with essential skills for conducting effective incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA).
