Profile of Faculty:

Family Medicine and Occupational & Environmental Medicine Consultant and Associate Professor with demonstrated history of working in higher education, clinical administration and operations, and healthcare management and leadership. Experienced with occupational health and well-being working with multinational companies on different projects and initiatives to improve workers health and well-being. Led clinical teams across different on-site clinics in different industries. Holds the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Occupational & Environmental Medicine and Master of Public Health.

Workshop Description:

This workshop focuses on holistic health strategies that promote both physical and mental well-being in the workplace. Participants will explore stress management techniques, mental health support, ergonomics, and workplace wellness programs designed to prevent burnout and foster long-term employee health. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with practical tools to create resilient and well-supported workforces.
