She currently serves as a full-time Coordinator in Aramco's Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB), where she drives strategic initiatives and provides valuable perspectives to the company's management.

As a full-time Coordinator in YLAB, Nada leverages her expertise to drive strategic initiatives and provide valuable perspectives to the company's management. Her role involves managing the board's initiatives and activities, utilizing her HR expertise and leadership experience.

YLAB is a dynamic team consisting of 4 full-time coordinators and 12 part-time members, representing the company's 45,000+ young employees. As an advisory body, YLAB provides perspectives and recommendations that drive the Company's strategic intent.

Prior to joining YLAB, Nada worked as a Saudization advisor, where she played a key role in creating opportunities for Saudi nationals in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on vocational training.
