Sergey Peresypkin is director of health, safety and environment for Baker Hughes for Saudi Arabia & Bahrain, where he leads the strategic planning, stewardship and execution of HSE programs. Overall Sergey Peresypkin has 25 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry, with 20 years specifically dedicated to HSE aspects. Prior to his current role, Sergey served as Baker Hughes Middle East Asia Pacific Region HSE Director, Russia Caspian HSE Director and Pressure Pumping Operations Manager for Russia, which allowed him to gain experience from both HSE and operations’ prospective of running the business in a safe and reliable manner across multiple cultures.

Peresypkin joined Baker Hughes in 2009 as a part of the merger between Baker Hughes and BJ Services, where he served as Region HSE Manager for Middle East – North Africa – Central Asia. His oil and gas career started back in 1996 with a Canadian Fracmaster company in the Western Siberia in Russia.

Peresypkin earned a safety engineer diploma in the safety of technological operations and processes from the Belgorod Technological University in honor of V.G. Shukhov in Belgord, Russia.
