Safa Al Tubi, a Well Site Well Engineer with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), holding a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University. Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising wellsite operations across various rig locations, where I’ve built strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and adaptability in demanding environments.

As an active member of the PDO Young Professional’s Consultative Council (YPC), I contribute to initiatives that support early-career development, innovation, and leadership within the company. I am passionate about mentoring and driving positive change, especially in promoting the presence of women in field-based engineering roles.

In recognition of my technical capabilities and industry involvement, I earned third place in a regional competition at ADIPEC 2020, representing Oman and PDO across the Middle East and North Africa. In ADIPEC 2023, I proudly returned as a technical speaker, sharing practical insights and field experiences with a global audience.

My commitment lies in delivering safe, efficient operations while continuously growing as a field engineer and contributing to the advancement of the energy sector.
