Salim Al Harthi is a seasoned HSE professional currently holding the position of Field HSE Team Leader at Daleel Petroleum L.L.C. He began his career in the oil and gas sector over 13 years ago, advancing through various roles in safety management, risk assessment, and environmental compliance. Salim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Management and has undergone trainings on NEBOSH Leadership and IOSH certificates.

Throughout his career, Salim has demonstrated strong leadership in executing HSE programs, developing safety training modules, and leading incident investigations and audits. His collaborative approach with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) has enhanced safety awareness and operational integrity. Salim is particularly passionate about empowering frontline workers, embedding a culture of safety ownership, and ensuring that environmental stewardship is integrated into daily operations.
