Rose Bakri is a multidisciplinary consultant and educator with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety, psychosocial risk assessment, and organizational development. She holds a master’s degree in psychology (M.A.), an MBA in Finance, and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Food Technology & Processing, which gives her a well-rounded approach to tackling complex safety and organizational challenges.

Since 2014, Rose has been working as a Senior Consultant at SafeMap International, a global consultancy that supports organizations in high-risk industries like mining, energy, and construction. At SafeMap, she helps teams improve safety culture, manage risks, and implement practical solutions to reduce workplace hazards.

In addition to her consulting work, Rose is a faculty member at the Mining School in Paris, where she teaches Safety Leadership. She’s had the privilege of working with executives, leaders, and employees to help them build safer, more resilient organizations. Her work blends academic knowledge with real-world experience to support safer workplaces and healthier organizational cultures.
