Paul Saba is the Business Transformation Director at Nesma & Partners. With over 17 years of experience in digital transformation, he’s passionate about using technology and innovative processes to create meaningful business impact. At Nesma & Partners, Paul works closely with stakeholders to implement solutions that address the company’s key challenges, driving the delivery of a carefully planned digital transformation roadmap. This roadmap, built in collaboration with business leaders and endorsed by the CEO, has already led to the development of over ten digital products. These solutions are enhancing productivity and reducing risks in project management and execution across the organization.

Before joining Nesma & Partners, Paul gained extensive experience leading digital transformation initiatives in diverse sectors, including banking and construction. He’s been involved in five major transformation programs, spanning four banks across Lebanon, Egypt, and France, as well as the construction sector in Saudi Arabia. Along the way, Paul has taken on various roles, including Business Transformation Manager, Digital Products Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Techno-Functional Implementer. His adaptability and deep understanding of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies have been key to his success in delivering complex projects.

Beyond his work in banking, Paul has built a strong foundation in ERP solutions, thanks to his experience as a software consultant in industries like distribution, manufacturing, and construction. His expertise covers a range of technologies, including Business Orchestration and Automation (Appian), Core Banking (T24), Internet and Mobile Banking (Backbase), Middleware (OSB), and ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle JD Edwards, and Oracle Logsys.

Paul holds a master’s degree in Business Computing from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Throughout his career, he’s been dedicated to bridging the gap between technology and business needs, always looking for ways to drive positive change.
