With an extensive career spanning over 30 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, Nishad has honed his expertise in HSE and Quality management. His experience encompasses numerous projects across the Middle East, Africa, and India, ranging from EPC of Oil & Gas plants to cross-country pipelines and drilling and exploration.

Nishad's qualifications and experience in HSE have been instrumental in driving the exceptional HSE performance of STS in their PDCS and MICN contracts with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). These two contracts have a manpower of more than 8000.

Prior to his role at STS, Nishad held the position of Head of HSE at Dodsal Engineering & Construction Pte. Corporate office in Dubai. He also gained valuable experience in technical and management roles at renowned oil and gas service companies.

He has worked in the fields of Corrosion Control, QA/QC, Engineering/Management, Project Management, HSE Management (Engineering & Construction) and Operations & Maintenance Management.

With his roots in the Indian Oil & Gas Industry and many years of work in the Middle East and Africa, Nishad brings a vast business & cultural understanding and experience.

Nishad holds an engineering degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Exploration. He is also a certified lead auditor for QMS, EMS, and OH&S MS.
