Dr. Mona Alsulaiman is the Occupational Health Senior Director, leading the implementation of health, wellbeing, welfare, and industrial hygiene efforts in construction industry. With over 15 years of experience, her experience varied between primary healthcare administration, occupational medicine practice, executive coaching, and consultation on occupational health and safety (OH&S) strategies across major projects. Her work extends to policy development and applied research in occupational health.

Dr. Alsulaiman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery, with further specialization in public health and health economics. She holds a Fellowship in Occupational Medicine, holds an Executive MBA from KFUPM, and is a certified coach through INSEAD, where she also supports the development of leaders in various fields. She holds memberships in several professional bodies dedicated to advancing occupational health and employee wellbeing.
