Mohammad Kazmi is a seasoned professional in operational risk management, with over 13 years of experience across high-risk industries including mining, nuclear, oil and gas, utilities, chemicals, and food manufacturing. He has successfully led and implemented C-suite risk and safety initiatives for more than 30 Fortune 500 organizations, impacting over 90 sites worldwide.

Certified as a Process Safety Professional (AIChE CCPS) and Change Practitioner (Prosci), Mohammad specializes in process safety management, operational excellence, ERM, crisis response, due diligence, change management, and cultural transformation. His expertise spans both strategic advisory and frontline implementation, working directly with both CEOs, plant GMs, executive leadership teams and boots on the ground workers.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive teams, Mohammad has provided strategic direction and hands-on coaching to drive cultural transformation, enhance organizational behavior & operational resilience, design and implement risk management systems. Mohammad also holds a Master’s degree in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University and is also a certified ISO Lead Auditor.
