Hala joined Saudi Aramco in 2017 as a Planning & Performance Analyst, and completed several assignments with Finance, Industrial Services and Marine. After which, Hala joined the Young Leaders Advisory Board at Saudi Aramco, and is now heading Planning & Performance in Dhahran Industrial Security Operations.

In addition to her work with Aramco, Hala spent 2 years on the Executive Board of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE-KSA), and is now Secretary of the Dhahran Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS Dhahran).

Hala received a Bachelor in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University, with a double minor in Economics and Sociology, and a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
