Fahad is the Executive Director of Process Risk Management at SABIC Global EHSS organization, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives to drive process safety excellence and risk reduction.

Over the past 14 years, Fahad has built deep expertise across technical and leadership roles in the chemical and petrochemical sectors. He began his career as a production and process engineer, later serving as a process safety engineer for five years. His leadership journey includes roles as Polyethylene Operations Manager, Process Safety Manager, and Senior Manager for Process Safety. Each contributing to his holistic understanding of plant operations and process safety management.

Fahad holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and is a graduate of SABIC Process Safety Competency Development Program, conducted in partnership with Texas A&M University. He is passionate about developing a strong process safety culture and advancing operational excellence across the industry.
