Eyad Alghamdi serves as a full-time Coordinator for Aramco's Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB), where he oversees the board's initiatives and activities, leveraging his engineering expertise and leadership experience to drive strategic initiatives while providing perspectives to the company's management.

As part of YLAB, a 16-member board comprising of 4 full-time coordinators and 12 part-time members, Eyad represents the voices of Aramco's 45,000 young employees. The board provides counsel to the President & CEO and Corporate Management, offering valuable insights and recommendations that shape the company's strategic direction.

Before joining YLAB, Eyad held key engineering roles, including Projects Lead Engineer, where he managed large-scale projects worth hundreds of millions of USD, focused on expanding Oil Producing Water Handling Facilities. His work experience includes him working as an Operations Engineer in the largest Offshore field in the world, Safaniya field.

While working as a Projects Lead Engineer, Eyad also served as the Administrative Area Youth Committee leader from 2022 to 2024. Furthermore, Eyad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University.
