The career began in the civil aviation sector in Bahrain, followed by a transition to the ship repair industry at ASRY. At ASRY, a comprehensive strategy was established to develop human talent, focusing on enhancing the company's market competitiveness in a volatile industry. Recognizing the critical role of the human element in business success, several HR programs and policies were successfully implemented to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
