Bakheet Ahmed Aljasmi is the Manager of HSE Planning & Programs at ADNOC Offshore, based in Abu Dhabi HQ. With over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, he has worked across challenging Brown & Green Exploration and Production fields in the UAE in HSE. Bakheet holds an MBA in Management from the American University in the UAE and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi.

• SEP Project: Focuses on optimizing inspection strategies, reducing shutdowns, and implementing autonomous solutions to enhance asset integrity and process safety.
• SIMOPS Project: Involves managing concurrent operations to ensure safety and efficiency, developing risk assessments, and coordinating activities between teams.
