Andy Gibbins is Regional Director Middle East with PetroSkills. A chemical engineer by degree, Andy worked in numerous technical and operations management roles with Shell and NOVA Chemicals.

Since 2007, Andy has worked as a consultant focused on process safety management in high-hazard operations. Andy had delivered many training workshops on various aspects of process safety to numerous clients worldwide. He is currently involved in delivering a program designed to transform process safety culture in a major NOC.

Andy holds a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK.
