Alawi Almajid is a recognized HSE Manager and Human Factors/Ergonomics Specialist, widely regarded as a Safety and Ergonomics Innovator. He blends technical expertise, strategic leadership, and human-centered design to foster sustainable, safe, and high- performing workplaces. His work spans ergonomics, operational excellence, and occupational health and safety, with a record of measurable impact across diverse industries.
Alawi has led transformative initiatives, including the launch of occupational health programs in the various industries, the reengineering of hazardous workflows to mitigate risk, and the integration of Human Factors and Ergonomics (HFE) into operations.
A Chartered Safety and Health Professional (CMIOSH) and OHST, Alawi is also a distinguished mentor. In both the 2024 Saudi OSH Hackathon and 2025 International Saudi OSH Hackathon, he guided teams to first-place victories among ~2,000 participants from nine countries and nearly 700 innovations.
